Frequently Asked Staff Questions

Wear your Club Excel red polo shirt and/or jumper with your name badge, black sports tracksuit bottoms or leggings (not jogging bottoms), and clean trainers. Make sure any shorts are a suitable length, and avoid wearing hats or caps in front of parents.

Bring everything you need for the whole day as you won't be able to leave site. Make sure your lunch doesn't contain nuts and doesn't need heating up. Hot drinks are only allowed if they're in a sealed flask.

Contact your Area Manager as early as possible. Call them first, then follow up with an email or message. Don't just send a message without calling.

As a new member of staff your first day arrival time is 8:30am. After that, you should be signed in and ready to work by 8:50am, not just arriving at that time. If you've been allocated Early Morning Drop Off, you'll need to be in for 8:10am.
